Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules that apply to all users of SPARKO AI. They supplement the Terms of Service and apply whenever you access or interact with the Service in any way.

1. Acceptable Conduct

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated means to access or scrape the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Service, including ensuring you have all necessary rights or licences to that content. You represent and warrant that your uploads do not violate any applicable law or any third-party rights.

3. AI-Generated Output

  • Generated images and videos are produced by AI models and may not always be accurate or perfect.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before commercial or public use.
  • Certain types of content cannot be generated regardless of instructions — we reserve the right to decline any request that violates our content policy.

4. Sparks

"Sparks" are non-monetary service credits used to access generation features. 1 spark = 1 image; 5 sparks = a 3-second video; 8 sparks = a 5-second video. Sparks have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

5. Content Storage

Generated content is stored for 24 hours and then permanently deleted from our servers. It is your responsibility to download any content you wish to keep within that window.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate and take action — including suspension or termination — against any account that violates these Terms. We may also remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.
