Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the SPARKO AI Service. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or promote:

• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material.
• Content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
• Hate speech or content that discriminates against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Content designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
• Spam or bulk unsolicited communications.
• Malware, spyware, or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or harm real individuals.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
• Circumventing access controls, authentication, or security measures.
• Using the Service to scrape data, build competing products, or extract AI model weights.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unused sparks, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
